How to Order

I want to add/change/cancel my order.

To ensure that items are delivered to you as quickly as possible, we will only accept cancellations if you contact us before the product is shipped and within 12 hours of placing the order. We are unable to accept additions or changes to order details after the order has been placed. If you need to make additions or changes after placing your order, please cancel your order and place a new one.

I forgot to enter my coupon code.

Due to a system issue, the coupon cannot be used after the order is confirmed. Please check carefully before confirming your order.

Does the cart have an expiration date?

Period of 14 days. Even if the item is in your cart, other customers can purchase it, so we recommend purchasing it as soon as possible.

How do I check if my order has been completed?

You can see it in the “Order History” on my page.

About Payment Methods

Can I change my payment method?

You can choose your desired payment method on the checkout page before you pay, but you can't change it once you've paid!

I would like to know what credit cards are available?

We accept JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and DISCOVER as credit cards.

About Anti-counterfeiting Code

The Security Code is a 3 or 4 digit number that is different from your card number. By entering this number, customers can feel more comfortable paying online with their credit card.

About receipts

Please download it yourself. PDF data can be downloaded from the details screen only when the status of the relevant order in “Order History” on My Page is “Shipped”.
*Receipts cannot be downloaded for Cash on Delivery, Deferred Payment (Payday), Next Month Automatic Payment (Convenience Store/Account Transfer), and Deferred Payment (Convenience Store/Bank ATM).
*The name of the subscriber will be printed on the address.

About Product Delivery

Can I combine it with another order?

Each order is shipped separately and cannot be combined with other orders.

Can you do gift wrapping?

We do not offer packaging services in our store. We do offer services such as removing items with known prices, so please let us know in the communication section. In addition, customers who purchase a gift box will receive a shopping bag. *Even if you purchase a gift box, you will need to pack it yourself.

How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?

We will ship your order the same day you place it, usually
is within 7-12 business days. * Orders placed before 9am ship the same day, orders placed after 9am ship the next day.
*We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

I have not received the items I ordered.

All ordered products will be shipped via courier service. We will notify you of the parcel number by email once shipping is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and you can contact us to ask the courier company for you.

What if I can't receive the product because I'm away for an extended period of time?

If you are not present when the product is delivered, please be sure to contact the shipping company listed on the absentee form directly within 6 days. In the unlikely event that the item is not picked up after the unattended item storage period (6 days), the item will be returned to our store. If an item is returned to you due to a prolonged absence or refusal to receive the item without contacting us, we will limit the method of payment and charge you a round-trip shipping and handling fee.

About Returns and Defective Products

I would like to return an item I ordered.

You may return an item if the return conditions are met. Please see the return policy. Exchanges are not possible. For exchanges, please return and re-order yourself.

I received a defective product.

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged, soiled or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will contact you via email regarding return methods and responses.
