RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
Return Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Items on sale, clearance, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories, underwear, or swimwear.
Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bd@kiddin.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Please include the RA number in your return package and ship it to our returns center in Hong Kong within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For orders paid in a foreign currency, refunds will be issued in HKD at the exchange rate of the date of the original transaction.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been personalized, customized, or made to order are non-returnable.
• Items without the original tags or packaging, or those that show signs of wear or damage, are non-returnable.
